Throughout my athletic career, I’ve tried various different diet & training strategies, and it always seems like there’s an overload of information surrounding them. In trying different diets, including keto, omad, carnivore, & mediterranean to name a few, I’ve learned that there is no one diet that will fit and work with everyone. What works for myself way not work for you, and the other way around. My whole theory around dieting and training is experimenting with various ones to figure out what works for yourself. It sounds so simple, because it is. Trial and error is how I got to my current diet, lifestyle, and training routines. What’s great is that in this experimenting process, your body will learn and adapt to what it likes and doesn’t, and give you feedback to figure out how to move forward.
