2025 Training

At the start of this year, my focus was to get as strong as possible on the bike, while starting to build decent mileage on my feet. I started getting back into running, but had a hard time maintaining a consistent training schedule for it.

Most of my riding during this 3 month period was on the trainer, as I was getting ready to buy a new bike, was fixing my current crit bike I’ve been using on the trainer, as well as weather. I started doing Zwift races with my brother’s team, and it was an absolute blast, but extremely difficult. It was a great way to build endurance and was super fun as well.

Here are my total hours and mileage for January, February and March.
